Easy insall, cool CPU
I just built 2 new PC's and these have been wonderful. they're big boys, so make sure you have the room in your case. But if you have the room, it's HAAAARD to beat these. They run quiet, keep the CPU cool in both builds with 2 different case configurations, no issues at all. It does come with thermal paste, but I'd recommend buying your own. The paste that comes with it isn't super great.

Delivers
I inevitably selected this because it has the quietest rated pump, and it truly delivers. It’s not bad at full speed and if you drop it down to 9V it’s inaudible. The fans move a lot of air but they don’t sound bad at high speeds. Lighting is also better than my Corsair fans.Power wise, it can dissipate around 200 watts comfortably at steady state, up to 300 for a minute or so.

AM4 warning: uses stock fan mounts
AM4 users beware: this uses the stock fan mount brackets. If you threw them away for an aftermarket solution, you'll need to replace them. I have attached a photo of the plastic mounts you need. This is a fantastic cooler with temps consistently below 62c on my non-OC 5950x with full stress.
