This neck massager is actually exactly what I expected. I work on a computer all day from home, and I developed horrible neck and upper back pain. This massager is strong enough to actually loosen and occasionally rub out some of my knots.The only downsides to my new friend is the short battery life- I'm not sure if it is because I use it for 30 minutes at a time (3 ten minute sessions) or what but it is ready to be charged after that. My other complaint is that the strap that goes around your body to secure the device to your neck, is very painful underneath my armpit area, so I have started wearing multiple layers of clothing before use to avoid this issue (this also may due to me having a smaller frame and needing it on the tightest setting.. Im not quite sure).** Strongly Recommend for anyone that has neck/upper back pain and is not able to use their hands when they need to use this device. Perfect for me.

Uses it 5 times and stop working been trying to returned it and get another but no response

This works really nicely as a back massager. I first tried it while leaning back in my computer chair but was a bad idea. The thought is that it will give a nice deep massage but in reality the pressure just makes everything rub really hard and the machine is strong enough to make it uncomfortable. I found that it actually felt best if I was leaning forward. There are multiple pressure modes to work with and the charge holds really well. The outside comes off for cleaning and the zippers are on the inside so they don't come in contact with your skin while the machine is in use.

Good massage fingers and fits comfortably around neck. Medium to semi hard pressure. Sometimes can hear the mechanics of it. Battery life is good for size and portability of it
