Read the ingredients if you have sugar spike issue
Good product moderate use is fine because if you have sugar resistance than please read the ingredients once it contains dried glucose powder and some other stuff so be careful while adding it to every meal it might spikes the sugar in your body .Overall good purchase taste really good when you add this in your boring soups.
