Dangerous item
This was a repeat purchase from the same seller, I needed matching items otherwise I would not have risked it. I echo other reviews about broken items, brittle plaster. It has cost me 13 items to get 10 useable ones over a couple of years. Customer service regarding replacements is none existent. However the most recent purchases show that the bulb holder and electrical connection has been "cost engineered" and is significantly shoddier than before. And importantly bears no relation to the installation instruction sheet included. In the end it required a qualified electrician to sort out the mess. Stay away from this seller.

Slightly misshapen. Looks OK
Slightly misshapen in that the left side was about 7mm lower than the right. Poor instructions. Looks OK in the office.

Poor quality
Having ordered three of these and employing a qualified electrician to install two of them broke during fitting. The electrician ordered another three of which one alai broke. The product is frail and not fit for purpose.

Even better to look at ..... delighted
Haven’t actually installed them yet but they look beautiful, exactly what I was looking for, like the marbling in the little glass insert, my partner says they look easy enough to install

Good products needs much better packaging.
It is an attractive light fitting and I have bought two of these, however, the packaging is very poor and twice I had to return the goods as they had been broken in transit. They were returned free of charge no complaints there, but I am reluctant to order any more if they have to be returned due to damage.

Waste of time and energy
Waste of time and energy.Bought 4. Returned one for an exchange as it came broke. They reimbursed for it rather than a replacement. So had to get rid of other three to get a matching set for the room. (another one broke into pierces when my electrician removed it if the wall)It's very flimsy and can get cheaper / better options in local stores!!
