We have been using the goats rue for 3 days now my breast felt fuller. This is my third child and I have always struggled with low supply. With each child I tried supplements to increase my supply and I'm not sure if they worked or if it was mental but either way they didn't work very well. This time around I've tried using the fenugreek and more milk pulse but after a feeding I would try to pump to build up a supply for when I go back to work but I was barely able to get much more than a few drops. After taking the large recommended dose ( 2 pills 4xday) for a day I was able to pump 1.5 oz.

I purchased this product as an alternative to Liquid Gold supplements being that it was a little cheaper as well as having good reviews. I received my Goat's Rue within days of purchasing it and tore into it with high hopes of increasing my milk supply for my growing little one. before taking this product, I was pumping 2 oz. on one side and almost 3 oz. on the other side. After taking Logic Nutra Goat's Rue as suggested on the bottle take (1) capsule four (4) times daily within 3-4 days I began to see a significant amount of increases in my milk supply. And no fussy baby do to gas as the fenugreek caused! I am now able to pump between 4-5 oz. on both sides! And on another note, it did make my milk thicker with a slight yellower tent to it, I plan to use this product while breast feeding the next baby. With all that being said I would highly recommend using this product if you need to increase your milk supply. I give it two thumbs up!!!

Better than Fenugreek

These work great, but I amA Capsule wuss so I had to drop my score. But if you are fine with sizable capsules these are no different, I’m just scoring on my personal opinion.Lactation increased and I continue to take the supplement.

I was taking a different brand of 350 mg per capsule. Goat rue in general works amazing for me. I take it 3-4 times daily. I noticed this brand was 500 my per cap. I figured some extra would increase my supply and it does not at all. I still take it daily but will be doing back to my other brand since there was no difference. I produce 60 ounces a day either way.

The media could not be loaded. I used to only make 1 or 2 oz . After taking this with pink stork total lactation my milk increased so much. My 2 month old now has enough milk and I even have extra for my 2 year old son . I love this ..

I tried this to help increase my milk supply. It did not work. I gave it several weeks and went through two bottles. My supply has continued to decrease. Waste of money for me.
