Aggregation switch reports Rx Failure. It's a brand new switch, and a couple other 3rd party SFPs work fine.

Parfait fonctionnement
Bonjour, Ces modules 6COM SFP+ sont parfaitement compatibles entre eux en utilisation, par exemple, avec des convertisseurs TP-LINK MC220L et une fibre 10G LC-LC (et d'autres matériels, modem, PC etc.).Attention : ils ne sont pas compatibles du switch Netgear XS508M. A priori Netgear aurait monté une cage SFP+ propriétaire dédiée, compatible uniquement des modules Netgear ?

Excellent value, works perfectly and have no issues with heat
I have a number of different brand 10GBase-SR SFP+ LC modules in media converters from a couple of suppliers. This one from 6COMGIGA has no heat issues reported by some. It “plays” perfectly with the other the brand SFP modules.All I can say is you can buy this Transceiver module with confidence.
