Mi reseña va dirigida directamente a Bestrix. El producto en sí es muy bueno en sentido general, mi pregunta es: si ya lograron una sujeción fuerte y resistente con el modelo AV 12, por qué cambiar esto en el modelo AV 200? Supuestamente este modelo es de lujo, más grande, o sea, crea más expectativas, por que cambiar los clips anteriores que son realmente buenos? Ahora los clips vienen con más amplitud lo que muchas veces al quitar el tlf se desprende de la rejilla de ventilación del AC, por otro lado recibí un modelo AV 200 donde la parte de metal carece totalmente de brillo, o sea, con un color mate, cosa que no esperaba después de ver las fotos de la publicidad, a parte de todo, me gusta, lo compré para regalarle el modelo anterior a mi hija que al verlo se enamoró de él, pero indudablemente el modelo AV 12 a pesar de ser más pequeño lo considero muy superior a este, tomen esta sugerencia como algo constructivo para mejorar en el futuro y recuerden siempre que si algo está bien y funciona no hay porque cambiarlo, el resultado puede ser en estos casos no el esperado.

I ordered this vent mount from Bestrix and it didn't fit my car vent because the mount was too wide. It's the AV 200 model (very nice design and slim and blends in). It didn't fit my vent and the clips are a bit soft (to not damage the vents) so it didn't hold on enough and due to it being winter where I am, I have the heat on in the car and the metal plate for the phone got warm, softened the glue and the phone fell, leaving the plate attached to the magnet. I was going to return it then I saw an e-mail from Bestrix saying to contact them directly if have any issues, so I did and let them know. They replaced it with the CD version ( my choice after thinking about the glue getting soft with another vent holder) that I selected and it was a great choice to go that route. Easy to mount, ready to go. I already ordered 2 of their av 101's which works great as well, and fit nicely on the vents. Better grip for my vehicle (accord 2014, accord 94, Xterra 2010) vents. Though the model didn't work for me, it may waork for others. Thanks again Bestrix! Great customer service and standing behind your products.

UPDATE 10/9/18I've updated my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars because, in short, Bestrix got in touch with me to find out why this product did not work for me. They noted my concerns and offered me a product that was a better fit. All the while, the customer service was great and I never had to wonder. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. See my review below. Keep in mind that the new product and customer service is what got the new review. Needless to say my review was not a very good one. I've reviewed products both professionally and a consumer for nearly two decades now and I can probably count a handful of times that a company has actually reached out to me when I've stressed dissatisfaction with a product. That is exactly what they did. They were concerned about my thoughts on their product and they could please me as a client AND make their product better. There was no reason to send another of the same product as the same product would have the same issue, it just did not fit my car's air vent. They offered to send me another product. I found one I liked, which is this one, and it was slightly higher than the one I initially ordered, so I offered to pay the difference. They sent me the new product at no charge to me and I am happy to say that I am more please with this product. I have tons of products like these (car phone holders) that are collecting dust in a box in my garage that haven't held up to the hype. This does. The magnet is strong that it holds my Cannon Mark II camera. My family and I are YouTube Content Creators and Family Vloggers so we film everywhere. The camera is a more compact camera, so I wouldn't suggest putting anything larger on this magnet. Another thing I like is that in the past I've had to adhere a magnet to my dashboard leaving a sticky mess or a magnet that just wouldn't come off. This holder goes on via suction and you adhere the magnet to the holder then to your phone or your phone's case. Which brings me to another reason I like this holder. The suction cup on this actually works. Many times I would be driving down the street, make a sharp turn only to have the holder roll across the dash and onto the floor. I've had this for a few weeks on my dash and it has NOT come of ONCE. Next to the nice price and customer service this is a great phone holder. You can go hands free while driving. I will say this, if you look at my history of product reviews, you will see I SELDOM give a product a 5 star review. I pay for products I review and then there are products I review for free. I paid for this product and if you look at my past reviews you will see I have no problem saying whether or not I like a product and I love this one. The old one, (the one this one replaced) I didn't like so much. I made that known to the company and they took down my concerns as to why the product did not work and why it might not work for other consumers. I don't know if they took that advice, but this one makes me happy. I have posted photos here so you can see how this product works. I will post photos of the other product as well and post a copy of this review on the other product. And I'd like to thank Bestnix for giving customer service hope again because God knows we need it._______________________________________________________________________________________________________OLD Review: Bought this for my new car, unfortunately, it does not fit the vents, but fits in my husband's vehicle. He has a heavy Motorola. It works at times, however, if you make a sudden turn or stop it doesn't hold that well in the vent.

This product works as advertised. iPad or phone stays in place

The magnetic power is not as strong as most products. Also, there is absolutely nothing to adjust as everything is static. SO, either it fits on your car or it is worthless. It is very low-profile which means that if the vent slats are recessed then there won't be much grip power to keep it on the vent. Additionally, the magnetic power is reduced by a phone not being to have full contact to product for same reasons.It is also not especially premium-looking. It is painted metal and rubber.This product has not value to me for these reasons.

Like the look , strong magnets but the sticky pad that attracted to phone did not hold so I used so better sticky tape and so far this fixed. So I rate 4 pretty decent just needs better adhesive for magnet that sticks to phone.

Lo compré con mucha ilusión porque dice que tiene un iman muy potente.... y les creí y no es cierto, no aguanta un Iphone 12 normal ni de broma. Lamentablemente rompí la caja y no puedo devolverlo pero estoy muy decepcionada.

1 star for product based on my needs.Will not hold the weight of iPhone 11 Pro Max. Phone just slides right off.5 stars for customer service.I would like to add that the company has reached out to me and gone above and beyond to make things right by offering a product that does work for my phone. Excellent customer service!!!
