Like all things CUISINART, this item is superior. It is also large and sturdy enough for a turkey and will be a cookware to pass on to another generation.

I was a bit disappointed when this arrived to find that the bottom is not flat; it bows up in a rectangle (intended, not bent) and is rather thin. Unfortunately, it’s too late to get a different one in time for Thanksgiving, and as I rarely roast anything big (once a year turkey), I’m keeping it. I used it to roast some turkey parts to make stock, and it worked fine, but I was planning a new way to roast turkey, which involves preheating the pan on top of a baking stone (America’s Test Kitchen) to get the legs cooked faster than the breast. I’m a bit concerned with how quickly it cooled off after roasting the turkey parts, and will hope that the radiant heat from the stone is good enough for this method. I wish the pictures in the post showed clearly the bottom; I would have looked for another one. The All-Clad was on sale when I ordered this, but it was still almost twice the price, and I didn’t feel I could justify for a once a year pan. Unfortunately, the All-Clad isn’t available in time😢

It doesn’t warp and it cook meats and vegetables to perfection. I wish I would have purchased this years ago
