Best thing I’ve brought in a long time! I used to go to the salon for my Lycon wax but since having my baby I don’t have the time. This works so well much better than I expected, I’ve only used it once and had great results first time. It’s a lot easier to use than I expected !

Prior to ordering this, I would attend a salon to get waxed. This would cost £60 a time and require me to book an appointment and drive 15 minutes to get there every 4-5 weeks. I wanted to give this a go to make life easier, save some money, and avoid getting naked in front of a stranger whilst making small talk for 30 minutes!I was worried the kit might not work, but the instructions were simple and easy to follow, and with a bit of practice I will be able to achieve identical results to in the salon. The wax also smells a lot better than the stuff I’m used to.The salon I used to go to uses soft wax, and until ordering this and googling it, I didn’t really know the difference. I would say that I’ve found hard wax to be more effective and less painful on underarms and bikini areas. It also doesn’t leave a sticky residue. However, I gave up with my legs and will be ordering soft wax and paper strips to wax that area.The only other drawback is there’s no explanation of how to measure out the wax/what to do with the leftovers. I’ve let the wax cool and harden in the pot and my hope is that it can be reheated and used when I need it. I would definitely recommend this kit to get into home waxing.

ive only used strip wax before but using these wax beads are really easy to use after youve watched a really quick tutorial. wax beads smell amazing, works really well and doesnt hurt my skin.

Personally I find the wax very hard to work with. It’s dry too quickly and it’s very difficult to spread a thin, even layer! I did my bikini area today and yes you’ve got to have some balls to pull the wax off your skin! But it’s satisfying to see all the hair pulled out in the wax. My advice is to do in a very small section of hair at a time only. Good luck girlies!

Going on holiday in a couple of weeks and I didn’t want to pay loads for a bikini wax. Well I was curious and my partner was willing! We read the instructions and watched a couple of videos which was helpful. Naturally, it stung to begin with but after a cool fan and post wax oil, I really can’t complain. First time I’ve had a bikini wax of any kind so I don’t have anything to compare it to but it was fine!The wax was fine, didn’t stick to my skin when removing and any little bits that were left behind the oil could take off.Would highly recommend!!!
