It could be better when rolling the cable without tangling
Product is good, but the cable doesn't roll neatly to the drum. It stays in one side and get tangled. I had a problem with my first delivery and the equipment was not working, but customer service was great.

Great piece of kit
Had problems with manual winches and the problem i had was a static caravan 30x 10and delivered awkwardly on a angle and left far from where it was supposed to go and one wheel was in sottish ground and we needed to move it 30 metres , bought tow ropes for underneath caravan, did read it had no mounting plate but the main unit comes with 6 holes so we had a level tree stump, used nut type screws 2 inches and bolted it down, went for 240v as dont have 12v .the operating buttons on lead were good and set it in motion with a bit of a worry but great started to move stopped half way as needed to start again and motor does get warm with load , in no time at all job done even used it sideways to straighten it up, for me worth every penny and will get use out of it, sturdy strong and looks the business

Bad bad in every way had 1 it want bad the man on the phone told me it’s not for work he gave me another one it want bad after 5 seconds

Let the Buyer Beware!
The product was nicely packaged. However, the trouble with the winch is, it gets tangled up and it does not work. So yeah, nicely packaged and prompt delivery but it's not value for money.
