I am an intermediate power vinyassa yoga student which I do two to four times a week. I also lift weights int be gym twice a week. My point is my wrists take a lot of punishment and now I’m in my late thirties I need to take care of my body more than I used to. I got these to ease the pressure in my wrists post yoga or workout and I highly recommend them as it is delightful and cools them right down. They stay cold for about thirty minutes even after 24 hours in the freezer so not the longest but this is realistically all I need them for so not a huge problem. The quality is good and so is the comfort so all round recommendation.

I really like this wrap it helps me with my pain in my wrist. It’s easy to wear, it’s comfortable, the temperature is good and last a long time, the weight is perfect, it is an great item for the money that you pay. it also soothes the area that you need to treat.I would recommended to everyone that is looking for a wrap. It is easy to use.

These appear to be fairly well made and are somewhat helpful but after trying to use them a couple of times, I've wished I hadn't purchased them. I needed something I could wrap around my hand, specifically for the base of my thumb/inside of my palm. These are a little thicker than I thought they would be and as a result, they don't wrap as well as I'd hoped and the surface of the skin that's actually in contact with the pack ends up being somewhat loose and uneven.The other issue is that when you first take them out of the freezer, they are uncomfortably cold if placed directly on the skin, but they don't hold the level of cold for very long so if I put something between the pack and my skin when I first wrap it around my hand, within a fairly short period, it's no longer cold enough to penetrate through very effectively.They might work better if being used on a body part like an arm, ankle, etc., where it doesn't need to be folded as tightly as it needs to be to go around my hand. Not a bad product, just maybe not the best one for my particular need.

I used this product for carpal tunnel on my left wrist. At first it was too cold so I wrapped a paper towel around my wrist before using this wrap. It stayed cold for about 15 minutes which was all I needed. I was told to ice for 10 minutes at a time. It stayed put, Velcro held nicely while I walked around the house tidying up. This is much easier than tying a ziplock bag full of ice to my wrist.

Relieves aches and pain in my wrist. Cools in freezer within an hour and easy to place on wrist.

When recommended to apply an ice pack, it's usually stated to place a towel or other clothing item to reduce the impact of the cold to your skin and tissue.Not comfortable:This item does not have any insulation on the interior (the portion touching your skin).You will need to either put on a towel, glove, etc for this item to not cause damage or discomfort.Or, you may wish to only refrigerate, not freeze, and microwave for less time than the recommended heating. (Recommended is 40 seconds. Depending on your microwave settings you may need much less time, or on the off chance, more time)Not high quality:The cold and heat of this item also dissipates rather quickly. I've not timed it, but I'd say less than 20 minutes.Easy to use:I will commend the idea of this and it's ease of use. However, the above comments are the reason for the three stars. Pictures depict direct skin contact. I do not recommend that unless you wish to increase the pain you're seeking to remedy.Pain relief:Once you get everything set properly, you may receive some limited pain relief. You'll have to buy multiple of these and constantly change them if you need more cold/heat treatment for longer periods.
