absolutely trash product. no instructions is fine, i know how to install a torque converter. however this is another thing in general. first, everything is installed per another torque converter i have for another small engine. this belt is not straight, it is twisted under load, i had to make and add spacers to get it off the housing and it is still not lined up right (i need to add MORE spacers which i will not do, i am returning this), the clutch sits tight to the housing guard so wont spin when tightened down. the sprocket has to sit on the outside which is very dangerous having that chain out so far. overall very bad product do not buy you will get mad and very frustrated, and it will be because of this product being so poor.

These are high quality torque converters. Central belt life is crucial. The life of the belt depends on how hard you send it. A high quality spare belt with any torque converter is recommended.

This converter is awesome. I have it on a Trailmaster MB200 Hurricane Mini Bike with a Predator 301 with a stage 3 kit on it. I wanted the power curve of the 40 series converter for pulling hills and lower RPMs while running highway speeds (65+ MPH). After about 400 miles on this setup, I have 0 belt ware. On my Juggernaut 30 series converter, I would have rubber all over after 50 or so miles on it and I would have to replace a belt about every 10 or so hours of riding...The engagement is far to low for my street legal Mini Bike. It was engaging just off idle at about 1300 or so RPMs and not the 1600 as advertised. I was able to use the GPS Comet weights to increase it to about 1800ish RPMs. I also bought the Comet stiffer springs and I may try those at some point.The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the back plate. It's far too beefy. I know that's odd to say, but it's very heavy and I don't think it needs to be. The next time I have it off, I do plan to put some 2-3" holes in it to help with ventilation and to shave some weight out of it.

I highly recommend this basketball hoop for anyone looking for a quality outdoor hoop.

The mount plate is great. Look but mine can’t with 1 in too tight belt. Like wtf. An on top of the the driver has to be installed reverse with a v belt not a problem. The driven a driven mount are the issue. It’s needs to be re done. It’s too much weight on the bearings. Will fail no doubt. Recommend the driven shaft be redesigned to avoid fatigue failure.
