Just the experience on opening this up was out of this world, so much that you feel connected to the people involved in this. All the Peruvians behind this.I was only expecting a small bowl, nothing crazy but I got a home experience.When you take a look at the box there is a beautiful message about the company. You open the box and you realize how well and carefully packed this is.You unwrapped a paper and come to see an amazing pouch that has to tell you a little more about the company. You open the pouch, take the bowl off and come that realize that there is more protection to it. The bowl it’s covered with a car board cushioning layer all around it with tape.You take a look inside the box and there is two cards. One card thanks you for your purchase and tell you that if the item it’s broken they will replace it for free which I bet it never happens because of how well and carefully it’s packaged. The other card let’s you know that they have included a palo santo incense which is a beautiful detail and present for the costumer.This is incredible. Luna you are doing amazing. You deserve what you have created because this is indescribable.

I had bought the Palo Santo holder before and loved it so much I came back for a regular incense burner too! This one definitely is great as well! Really good workmanship and you can definitely tell it is handmade by an artisan. I had some issues with shipping and emailed the company and they were always so prompt to reply and made things right. Great product with great customer service! definitely a “feel good”’purchase.

I love it, I bought other from Peru and Ecuador are terrible smell, bad quality and can be dangerous to your health.
