I was a bit hesitant to purchase a couch without ever sitting on it or seeing it in person first but I am so happy that I went with this one! It fits my space perfectly and provides plenty of seating. It’s so comfy for movie nights as a family and a place for over night guests to sleep, with an added ottoman it makes a king size bed!! We got a 3in memory foam topper for guests. The pull outs are so easy to open and close, my 7 and 10 year olds are able to do it without help. It was very easy to assemble by adding the legs and backs and the pieces join together nicely and stay together well. The couch arrived quickly with great communication between the seller myself and the shipping company. It came on a pallet in 4 large boxes, it’s lightweight but yet very sturdy and solid feeling. A bit firm at first but already starting to loosen up with some use and overall the fabric and feel is quite soft and comfortable! I chose the ebony color and it looks exactly as pictured, though there was a slight difference in shade on one back seat section and the seller promptly offered some options for resolution and made me feel like they cared and were happy to help. Overall I would highly recommend this couch for the price, the size, comfort and ease of using the pull out features and the seller for their communication and customer support. Everything I was hoping for and then some! If you’re on the fence don’t be, I wish I would have bought it sooner!

Honestly I can't talk about this couch enough. It was easy to put together, and can fit my family of 4, and then, some comfortably.The color is amazing, the firmness is what you expect of a great couch, soft, yet doesn't loose its shape.Plus, 6 pillows with it? I was not expecting that!Amazing, amazing, amazing!

The sofa arrived on time. Setting up delivery was simple. The customer service was great! They messaged to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, which I am.This sofa is huge! It starts off firm, but it breaks in as you sit on it. It’s pretty comfortable now! It looks very well made and is very sturdy. It doesn’t slide across the floor when you sit on it either. I’m glad I bought this sofa.

First I just want to say, I'm mad that this went on sale the day it was delivered to my house. 😤 I could've saved another $200. Oh well, that's how it goes sometimes.This is a big couch! Which is what I wanted. Just be aware, if you don't have a huge TV, it's going to make your TV seem really tiny. 😆 Assembly was interesting. The directions that come with are just a diagram, which is fine. I used an electric screwdriver to attach the feet and castors. You need a long bit to fit inside the feet. Or use an electric screwdriver/drill to start and tighten up with a Phillips. Personally I could do some with a regular screwdriver and others there was no way it was going in without some force. The very last back piece I put in, the insert was off by a hair and I couldn't get it to go in. I used pliers and widened the metal insert ever so slightly and it went in. The pullout parts work great, no issues there. The material doesn't feel like it's going to last me through the ages or anything, but it's not bad quality. To me it's very comfortable. It's firm on the seats and the cushions are soft. I don't want a couch you sink into, so this is perfect for me. The design on throw pillows is giving RV fabric, so I'll be covering them, but other than that, I really love it so far.

Large and comfortable sofa. Not recommended for anyone who have cats. I took off a star because one cushion came stained. I reached out to the seller who responded, but didn't replace it.

I was very skeptical to make such a large purchase without having seen the couch for myself- but I am so glad I did!! Delivery was quick & communication regarding the delivery was fantastic. This massive couch is easy to assemble, wrangling it out of the 4 huge boxes was the hardest part. My family loves the pull outs which allows us all to hang out together with plenty of space. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
