Designed for Eating on the Go!
I purchased this size and the larger one (I believe it is about 20 ounces). I absolutely love this food jar. I mainly use it for my hot breakfasts. I primarily use this food jar for my version of a fast-food restaurant's hash brown scramble bowl, minus the hash browns. When I arrive at work, I can enjoy my hot scrambled eggs with cheese and grilled chicken strips without needing to reheat them in the microwave. This food jar keeps the food warm. Don't let the compact size fool you. This baby can hold up to three scrambled eggs topped with 3 ounces of grilled chicken with no problem. The lid is easy to open and close, and the jar functions as described. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, and I'm so glad I purchased it. The food jar fits beautifully in my lunch kit and is perfect for my purposes.

I love this. This is my third time buying it because it gets stole and only buy this brand because other brands the tops are too hard to open and close this brand right here is perfect. Keep your food cold or hot all day long.

Perfect for school lunch.
I love this brand and it is worth the extra cost. Keeps food hot until lunch without the need to reheat. Easy to clean - can go in dishwasher and my daughter can open it herself at school.

Product is utter failure
Physically this product was exactly what I was looking for, size, shape, opening... but then the actual results of using the product came to light. This product does not remotely keep your food hot or warm for that matter. I've tried all the suggestions from the manufacturer. I will be returning it.

Worth the money
I bit the bullet and purchased two hydroflask food jars. I was hesitant because I did not know if I would use them. I have not bought food at work in four months. These are precisely what I needed. If I take cold food, I typically put them in the freezer the night before. I fill them in the morning. I leave the house around 6:30 am, and the food is still cold at 12:30 when I eat lunch. I can't ask for much more. I don't take as many hot meals, but it also works. I am delighted with the purchase.
