My first time purchasing black seed oil, and I've been really pleased with this product. I will be purchasing more of this brand from this seller. I chose this particular brand because I appreciate that it's in a glass bottle, cold pressed and no additives. I'm impressed with this high quality product.

Black seed oil gives me amazing energy! Especially in liquid form. I try to keep it on hand at all times! Although I'm not big on the the taste, or the taste from burping after, however, adding it to milk helps a WHOLE LOT!

This is my first time to use BSO, and I'm experiencing positive changes already after taking daily 1/2 teaspoon in the morning for close to two weeks. I will soon increase dosage to 1 teaspoon daily. My sleeping and restfulness have improved, and my sense of well-being and happiness has becoming stronger.To solve the taste problem, take a small amount of honey, add a little water to it and warm it in the microwave. Stir it well and then add in the BSO. It is pleasant to take with this method.Make sure you shake the bottle of BSO before each use!

I made the mistake with my first bottle of not shaking it, and then getting to the bottom and seeing all the goodness that I was missing out on. I mix a teaspoon of this oil in with my tea in the morning along with a nut milk, and it tastes really good that way. I appreciate that it is cold pressed and very natural.
