It's like sleeping on a big pillow. It's not too soft and it's not too firm. This is exactly what I was looking for to make my mattress more comfortable. I haven't experienced any issues with this mattress topper holding my body heat. Glad that I purchased. It does not smell, it was a great value for my money. It supports my body very well.

So I ordered this to replace a mattress topper I have had for a few years. I get the notification that Amazon has delivered it. My brother-in-law was at the house at the time and just told the driver he could leave it by his car saving the driver having to walk up the snowy driveway. Anyways my brother in law gets busy forgot the package was by the car and runs to town. 1/2 mile down the road he's thinking the car is falling apart. He stops to check and the mattress topper was wrapped up in his wheel well he had ran it over and dragged it down the road with his car! He picks the mattress top still wrapped up in the plastic out of the wheel well calls us to tell us what happened. I was about to cry cause it was a luxury item I had purchased but I get it home and look at it it's completely fine! It only has about 1 inch scuffed area from the car but either it's indestructible quality or I got lucky. It's comfortable, fits a king and been sleeping on is like sleeping a cloud. 😴😂

There are some positive and negative aspects to this product.Positives: It was delivered fast. The product was vacuum sealed, but “fluffed up” quickly. It is very comfortable, and it does help with the lower back pain that I had prior to having this topper.Negative: the only negative about this product is that it feels like it sucks you in. But I suppose that is what the memory foam is for.Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone with back pain after waking up.

I've had a lot of memory foam toppers over the years. This one is very breathable and I'm happy with that. It is, however, quite soft and pillowy. More so than I expected. Usually a 2 inch is a bit denser foam so more support but still very cushy, but this one seems to be designed with a lot of breathability in mind, so it's a softer overall density. That's not necessarily a bad thing, providing the mattress you're putting it on is firm enough to balance it out. My previous memory foam mattress was shockingly stiff for a memory foam one, which I actually loved because it means it's easy to achieve the exact kind of support you need with the right topper, while the bed itself was highly supportive and lasted for ages. The bed I bought when I sized up to a king, however, was a lot more soft than I expected, so this topper has made it a little *too* soft.My recommendation is to wait to open the topper until you can determine how stiff the main mattress is. If it's a pretty stiff one that someone like me at 120lbs might not be comfortable on, this topper will be perfect. If the mattress is softer and either CLOSE to the softness you want, or right about where you want it, this topper will likely be too soft.As for that air flow, though, so far I give it a 10/10. I'm notorious for waking up hot if it's like one degree too warm in my bedroom and so far I haven't had that issue!

I have a disabled back. My mattress is still in good shape, but I need more support now. The instant I laid it out it began to expand. Had to try, and I almost did not get up, it was so comfortable. I am sure that I will take very good care of it, and it will last a long time.
