Was recommended these by a cousin working as in nursing to help my long-standing sleep issues (struggle to fall asleep even when exhausted). She and her family have used for years and rave about them.Definitely notice them kicking in, helping to induce the sleepy feeling. Not quite strong enough to send me to sleep but I find most sleep aids don't work as well on me as others so this was actually great. I use alongside nytol one a night and it doesn't give me a groggy feeling in morning.

Helped greatly since I started to use it. I bought this item about 3-4 months ago but I never got around to use them.I ordered them but I was sceptical about them so I didnt use them until 4 months later when i became very desperate and low. I have terrible anxiety-maybe periods/ peri-menopause induced? One Friday after arriving back from work my body was shaking so much and i felt really low. I experienced a lot of internal tremors for the last 10months. I could just wake up with them. My sleep started to be affected. I would wake up in the middle of the night shaking and can't go back to sleep.So that Friday, I took one gummy -as silly me didn't read the instructions that it's 2 gummies per day. Teh same night, I couldn't believe that I was able to sleep undisturbed until 6am. I stirred a little in the middle of the night but I was able to go back to a full sleep. This hasn't happened to me for months.I am now using this for over 2 weeks. I can't say I don't have low points, Specially around the time of the month, but I cannot compare the quality of my life how it was 3 weeks ago and now.The taste is great. Small, easily chewable gummies. I have no negative comments about this product.I wish my GP just advised me to take some magnesium glycinate to start resolving my problems almost a year ago as I suffered so badly since then. I'm so glad I found this product. I will definitely have it on subscription. And since it's a natural mineral and not an artificial medicine, I can take it as long as I like. It is at the moment more beneficial to me than whatever the dr told me!!!!It worked for me, but of course we are all different. But it's worth a try.

I was disappointed to realise the gummies additional vitamins/minerals added (B6, Calcium, q10 etc) as I didn’t want these included, so I will be purchasing a different brand. My fault for not checking the ingredient list but it’s not made that obvious. However, they seem fine and have a delicious taste.

Tried these on a whim because I'm a sucker for amy supplements in gummy form! They're delicious and a nice consistency so very user friendly in that sense, however they didn't work as reliably as regular tablet magnesium glycinate I've been using previously. I take them for help sleeping and found these didn't help with staying asleep very well and often I would wake at 3am and then be awake for a couple of hours. The tablets worked better for me at getting uninterrupted sleep so I personally wouldn't recommend these.

Taste great! I only take 1 each evening and I sleep much better but I get some crazy vivid dreams every single night.. always about the same time around 4 to 5am. Never used to dream like this before taking these. I absolutely love it. I suffer from tinnitus too had it for years but I’m sure these have made it less noticeable.

Much better than tablets. Been taking for months and I'm really happy with results.

Only had 1 month of these so early to tell if they are working or not, but taste OK and easy to take so will re-order
