I decided to give this microneedling pen a shot after reading about its ability to boost hair growth in patchy beards, and so far, I'm feeling cautiously hopeful. The pen feels solid and professional, and I really appreciate the clear LCD screen that displays the speed settings. The single-button control for adjusting power and speed is super easy to use.Another plus is that it charges via USB-C, which is convenient, and its compact design makes it easy to maneuver. Setting up the cartridges was a breeze with the simple twist-and-lock system. Since I'm new to microneedling, I've been sticking to the lower speed settings, and it feels pretty comfortable.It's still early, and I haven't seen any major beard growth yet, but I have noticed a slight boost in blood flow to the areas I've treated, which is a good sign. The pen seems to be effectively creating those micro-channels. If you're on the lookout for a microneedling option at home to potentially enhance beard growth or tackle other skincare issues, this pen looks like a solid choice, especially with the cartridges included. I was under the impression that this device was a derma stamp and the speed settings would cause the needles to go in and out, to puncture the skin. However, the device vibrates which just causes the needles to vibrate back and forth against the surface of the skin. Luckily I tried it on my hand first and not my face! It left red, sore circles that were still there the next day! I kept trying it, hence so many circles as I thought I was doing something wrong, but no, the needles only vibrate side to side, the don’t go in and out to puncture skin.

This is a great piece of kit! I don’t find it painful at all when you use a good HA serum and plenty on the skin. Very simple to use and set up the depth you prefer. Lots of spare heads. Holds charge for ages, so less charging needed. Sturdy design, well built and well packaged (gift idea). Would 100% buy again.

Amazing product. I bought it after reading reviews ( I normally have done in salon) . Many more expensive ones , but this had the best reviews. Very easy to use as instructions are really clear. My skin is very red tonight, so I can’t comment on results yet … but so far my skin is looking very similar to a Salon treatment.

I have to say that this device is very very good. The battery lasts a long time and it's much quicker then using a derma roller or stamp. So glad it's a c-type charging port too. The replacement needles are a good price. This is one of the main reasons I didn't purchase an expensive branded pen. I believe they all work the same.
