To begin with if you are concerned about THE TASTE of things let me enlighten you by saying TASTING GREAT DOES NOT MEAN IT WORKS which should be your focus no matter what it tastes like in the muscle building, strength, & body maintenance game. This product is not terrible but it is NOT delicious either so get over it! This product is also way more expensive than Nitro tech BUT- It has more creatine, less carbs, and sugars plus it contains hmb! I take 3 scoops 2x daily to meet my protein grams to weight ratio plus frozen veggies but that is all I eat 6 days a week. At 30 servings a jar=1 can every 10 days so I order 2 jars= 200.00 plus dollars. However it is convenient as it already has protein & creatine plus HMB which outside of BRO-SCIENCE has been used on cattle and livestock to increase their weight/size for years! I say convenient over cost effective only because if you did buy protein, creatine, & HMB separately you may or may not be saving money as obviously a separate protein jar would last longer, & separate creatine & hmb jars would come with a higher concentration in mg/g than you have in this product. Overall this product is very convenient for me, albeit more costly, but it should give you what you need to get stronger, do more reps & weight etc.= more muscle. BUT DO NOT BE A BRO-SCIENCE IDIOT! It is NOT a magic formula! Like all SUPPLEMENTS it FACILITATES your bodies ability to enhance itself. I.E. You will only get bigger, stronger, etc when you work or workout. Not sitting at home drinking it and waiting for something to happen bodily. Tony Hortons new protein with hmb (Has less protein & no creatine) backhandedly tries to make you believe that just by taking it you will transform but that has NEVER BEEN TRUE of anything outside of Steroids, precursors, or prescription meds! You have to do "THE WORK"! All the protein, creatine, & hmb are doing is directly saturating your muscles in order to do hard work or strenuous exercise & I only say this because I hate it when people say CREATINE "GIVES" YOU MUSCLES BRO!- Not without the work it doesn't! Ty!Addendum....After 3 months of constant use while I did not fall below any gains or goals I did NOT notice any significant strength gains etc. as opposed to any other product. So it is still a great formula but I did better and more cost effectively with the NITROTECH.

I have been taking different supplements for many years. At times it can be a pain to have to mix together all of the different ones that am taking. I found this product and was pumped that it has all of the ingredients that I already use plus HMB. I have been doing my research on recovery as I am getting older (42) and HMB seems to be the game changer. This product has everything in one product and it saves a ton of money versus having to buy all of them individually. Tasted just like chocolate ice cream!! I like that it comes in a big container which last for awhile for me. Very effective protein. Even though a little pricey it is worth it. Definitely can see my energy level getting stronger. Would definitely buy again.

just received my protein today and first thing i noticed was that i received this big container thats less than half full… for almost $100 and im getting a half full container, no way in hell will i be ordering again. i feel like ive been scammed. im some what new to ordering protein so im not sure if all brands send out big containers that are less than half full but that’s ridiculous for the amount of money it cost to buy. for this big container being less than half full i better gain some super powers or something cause this is crazy… i was so excited to before i ordered it, just to receive it and be let down.
