Personal Review of the WAVLINK AX3000 WiFi 6 ExtenderWe love this device! It was a replacement for another extender we tried (and returned), and it’s been a game-changer for our WiFi setup. The signal is strong and reliable, giving us full WiFi 6 coverage across the entire house and even into the garden.The setup was super easy with the 1-tap configuration, and the dual-band support ensures we can connect multiple devices without any drop in speed. The Ethernet port is a nice bonus, allowing us to connect a wired device when needed. Needed a good Wi-Fi connection for outside in a man cave. This is approx 9 metres from the main hub and gives us full bars! So easy to connect to existing Wi-Fi too! Just press the button along with the wps button on the router.

Finally a wi fi extender that works properly! Instructions for set up could be a little clearer but crucially it works very well. Great download & upload speed .Sited as far away as possible from router in a long barn conversion and we now have vastly improved Broadband speed.

Only worked for 3 months now packed up. Very poor and cannot return :(

VERY VERY GOOD IT COMPLETELY SOLVED THE PROBLEMS

I installed this with ethernet access point settings, at the other side of the house because of bad wifi reception there. Now the whole house is covered. My ring doorbell was reporting poor wifi signal and now it is good. Very versatile product because it has 4 different modes. It can be used as a 2nd router/mesh/ap/repeater.

The product description information is misleading. I wanted to backhaul the WAVLINK to my wifi router by Ethernet cable plus have an Ethernet port to connect to TV or computer. The description says (Plural) “ this repeater's lan gigabit Ethernet ports,” but there is just one WAN LAN port. So I must now buy a router to get the extra Ethernet ports I want. This is surprising as WAVLINK devices with lower product number do have two ports. It also took me an age to find the version with a UK plug. So a better tool or workflow to help ordinary mortals choose the product they need would be helpful.On the WAVLINK Site the product photo shows TWO Ports and is described as “ Gigabit Ethernet Port - 2 x Gigabit Ethernet Ports provide your devices high-speed network experience.”

Easy to setup, steady speed, wider connectivity with a stable connection.Mesh actually works on this one while the TP links couldn’t do it. The Wavlink extender provides you with the option to setup with existing connection name.
