I've been taking this a for a few weeks now. I instantly noticed my energy levels had increased. I also like that it doesn't give you the jitters or anything like that. The capsules are quite big but as long as you have lots of water, you'll be fine. I haven't noticed a significant difference in my weight just yet, but it does help to debloat your stomach very fast.
