This was true for sending and receiving audio, which is the best feature it offers, in my opinion. There was also no noticeable audio delay, like some older Bluetooth devices. That was a solid plus, and reason enough to use this product.The only hiccup noted was the finnicky nature of the aux in cable, which is hardwired into the device. Because it is just hanging loose, very occasionally the connection will jostle and lose clarity, usually sounding like random bursts of static. I found this was only relevant when the device was moving, but when left plugged and untouched, it worked flawlessly. This did not happen when tested in a car; the usual movements of driving did not inspire the same clarity loss as moving it with my hands did. More than likely, it was only acting up because I was touching it while it was working, and no other reason.

I connected my iPad to the monitor, but I didn't like the sound quality coming from the monitor. so I use this as the link between my monitor and Oneplus bluetooth earbuds. It worked perfectly.
