I bought this to use in a networking rack in order to connect all my components (router, switches, smart home hubs, NAS) to a central location. It fits my 19 inch rack perfectly and it does what it says in the box. I’ve never bought from Startech before but they seem to have a good reputation in this space. So far I am very happy with my purchase and I hope it keeps on working for years to come.

Basic power rack, does what we need.I had three small IT sub-racks in a new plant we were building and I needed exactly this to split up some power. Startech usually just has better quality stuff and this is true here.Price was also pretty good.

These are my now "Go To " rack power strips that offers some sure protection and is priced right! Yes I also use expensive pro power products but sometimes I need a more budget friendly product and this fits the bill PERFECT!I have these units in a few Church installs and all look great, work great, and I have never had one fail on me!I'll keep buying these units when I need some outlets in a rack and also sleep better at night knowing I have some surge protection.

Works perfectly Don’t settle for cheaper power conditioning for your tv or audio equipment

Good silent plug bar for my rack. It's solid, made completely out of metal and has at least 1 billion places for you to plug stuff in. It's got lights front and center to tell you if there's any grounding issues. Great value for its price. It's black, but not sleek or smooth so it may not be the prettiest to look at, but there's plenty of places to plug devices in. My only complaint is that anything with power bricks can often use up multiple slots since they're all really close together. It would be a good bonus if some of the outlets could rotate to help accommodate devices like that.

This is a simple but seemingly decent quality power conditioner. I installed it in a rack with band equipment. I have used other Star-Tech equipment over the years and has always been decent quality. This seems no different the Jacks all seem solid and it fit in the rack perfectly.
