Well made. Love the thermostatic control. Excellent flow. Make sure you connect the hot and cold water inlets according to the red and blue dots on the back side of the mixer (this is the other way round from standard mixers!) otherwise it will not work! When I first installed it I put the hot on the right side. It didn't work. I was going to return it but when removed the mixer I then noticed the position of the coloured dots!

Our main bathroom had 2 old wonky taps that were loose and just started to look so dated. This unit is such a great upgrade - it is well presented and relatively easy to install. Arrived on time, easy to fit to existing tap posts. Took longer to remove bath panel to rurn water off than it did to fit tap. Good product
