I’ve been using the Routine Shampoo and Conditioner for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have only used this twice right now, but it has a really nice, subtle scent that is somewhat floral. I normally have to use a couple of different conditioners after each wash in order to have my hair be anything other than knotted up and tangly. My natural hair is very curly and gets very dry and unmanageable. I wanted to give this product a true test, so I used only the shampoo and conditioner. My hair felt soft and smelled nice. I did add product after getting out of the shower like always, but I could tell that the conditioner had actually worked. I can't speak to the thinning help yet- but my hair is only thinning in the front- the top and back are still quite thick. I think I also have a lot of breakage and love the fact that this product left my hair so soft and lovely. I would recommend this if you are looking for a nice scent that lathers well and a conditioner that really softens your hair.

I wanted to give this a few weeks before writing a review.Pros: The fullness is definitely there now, the way my hair feels even after 2 days of not washing it, the fact that I do not wake up looking like Cruella DeVille, the texture is awesome and the smell is perfect! TYCons: cost but worth it

This is the BEST shampoo and conditioner I have EVER used!! and I'm 60 years old. I have had thinning hair since menopause. I have also had "itchy scalp" no matter what shampoos or prescription creams I have used in the last 10 years. My hair is not only fuller but my scalp is "Itchy free" and really lasts a long time because you don't need much. Super smooth and tangle free too.

Used the shampoo and conditioner till the bottles were empty. Honestly do not think it made any real difference with helping my hair shedding. Scent was pleasant and hair felt clean and not weighed down. But do feel there are better products on the market for hair loss then this line.

This routine system is incredible for the hair. It strengthens the hair shafts so they don’t snap when combing out the washed hair. My hair is a lot stronger than it used to be. My hair, I am hoping to now be able to let it grow out longer than I have ever been able to do

I got the pink bottles and let me say the scent is amazing. The bottles were a lot smaller then I expected but I love how it actually works. Evey time I shower I see a small pile up of hair at the drain. Now there non!! Maybe like 3 strains of hair. This stuff is expensive but It totally worth it. I'm hoping I'll see more volume to my head again.

This is my second order. I was thinking this is going to be a one and done. The scents are amazing. I could not believe the difference in my scalp and hair. I’ve tried so many brands. My hair is color treated. No dry ends, feels great and it looks healthy. I do think it looks fuller and less shedding. It’s a gentle but powerful cleanser. Have a hard time with conditioner but not this one. I’m 69 and found a favorite. Shoulder length bob cut. Very pleased. Amazing delivery from Amazon keeps me purchasing from them.
