Followed the instructions to take with plenty of water. Gave me extreme heartburns, I was not even able to sleep because of it. Took a week to recover.Did reduce my appetite but only by making me poorly.

I've taken this one week on and one week off. I can say confidentiality I definitely feel a lot of energy when I take these pills. I've noticed my skin complexion changing and improving ever since I've taken these pills I don't look like a zombie anymore.
