Wow - after reading some of the reviews I had my doubts.....but did it anyway! I"m really pleased with them, and wonder how they got such criticism. The box is pretty, and for the money it is very reasonable - certainly not as flimsy as implied. There balls are pretty too. It only took a little bit of practice before I began to master the technique, and I can certainly already feel how it is exercising the muscles in my hands and arms. As a hardworking 70 year old therapist, I am beginning to feel a bit of arthritis in the hands, but already, after just 24 hours I can feel the improvement in the agility of my hands, and the most sensitive joint is feeling liberated. My only comment is that for the first week or so, it would be a good idea to practice over a carpet, not a stone or hard floor, because although they fit my hands perfectly, it is not difficult to drop them until you learn the control with your fingers. Much more challenging with the left hand, but this challenge is why it is good for my brain and my hands too. The tinkling is very gentle and soothing, not in the slightest bit irritating.

Very useful and helpful health balls - been commandeered by my sons so may become the next kids craze - gentle soothing music as they are rolled. Therapeutic and healing. Handy decorated wooden box, very beautifully presented. And the balls are very attractively designed.

Much smaller than they appear in the photo and the chiming sound is not very loud

I was so excited to open this package when it arrived, however the excitement did not last, the balls are small 😭Box is very tatty as well. For the price I'm really disappointed and can't even return them!

They are beautiful to look at, the art work on each all is stunning, and it comes in a gorgeous box. I give it 3 stars because they don't chime very well unfortunately, it's very quiet and a little hit and miss if it chimes at all. Still worth the money as a decorative piece because they are painted beautifully.

Brought as a present for my friend. She loved it, but, the balls are a lit smaller than the pic shows, but apart from that, a lovely gift

These are lovely , they are small, coming in a lovely wee box. Bought as a gift and think recipient will love the chime off the balls also.
