I bought 4 of this sensors, however the solar panel still give me problems to keep the power to the sensor. I try to contact several times costumer service and the instructions are erratic, about the "sleep mode" feature activation and deactivation. Looks like the solar version of it is not completely working at the moment I bought it.

The product works as described and was easy to install. However, it goes offline every day, requiring me to manually press the power button each time to bring it back online. I've no idea why! This is very inconvenient. I specifically chose this solar-powered system to avoid manual intervention and reliance on electricity, but having to climb to the roof daily defeats the purpose.The product description claims that it can stay in sleep mode for up to 4 weeks, but mine doesn’t even last two continuous days. I really wanted to love this product because of its potential, but this issue has been quite disappointing.

Excelente producto, lo acabo de instalar, me tarde pocos minutos en instalarlo y configurarlo, es muy versátil porque no importa el tipo de tanque, siempre y cuando la profundidad no sea mayor a 3 metros. Es ese tipo de producto que siempre lo necesite y ahora se lo genial de poder contar con una medición de nivel del tanque de agua en tiempo real y lo interesante de tener alerta de nivel bajo.

Installed it on saturday afternoom after fully charging it. Everything was good until this morning when it appears offline. My mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand as it also happened to me, the solar panel with the batteries drained, i believe the SP is too small to charge the batteries fast enough.Now i have to drive 50 miles to press a button on the SP to turn it on.Also, this was with the "Sleep Switch" set to off. Maybe by turning it on itll last longer. Else i will have to look for a bigger solar panel with batteries to make it efficient as this wasnt even on cloudy days and its installed beachfront with lots of sun.Update: Changed this from a 1 to a 4 as the panel switched on by itself after a few days. By doing so I remotely went into the settings and changed the "sleep switch" to on. Now the device has lasted more than a week without it shutting off.

I have the 120v inside version also. It never loses connection ever ever.This solar unit loses connection at times that cannot be correlated to the suns availability.It always comes back on its own, sometimes before daybreak.So easy to set up.I wish the app didn't spend so much time on silly games(actual games)and could give a high-school kid $20to add some useful tools.I PAID(AS YOU WILL)for the text notices of full or empty.
