I love the fruit punch flavor, especially compared to the other flavors. I mean, it sort of reminds me of my childhood kool-aid days!However, there are no directions other than “add to your hydramate bottle” and I found out the hard way that you need a full 32oz for this to taste right (and avoid that artificial taste). Definitely delicious with 32oz less than that is an odd artificial taste. But once you get that ratio right, it's smooth sailing!

Although an IV is always better of course; this is still much better than any hydration drink on the market! Fantastic stuff! Highly recommend!

I’m updating my review, because I think the first packet was perhaps bad or the water wasn’t cold enough. I’ve drank several more and they are staying on my subscription because they are decent for a drink like this. So if you get a bad packet, try another one, left as 4 star since it’s possibly a QA issue.Don’t be fooled by the initial great flavor that hits your tongue, because it will soon be taken over by a heavy zinc aftertaste, which makes it hard to take another sip. I’ll use it so it doesn’t go to waste, but I won’t buy this brand again.

I was looking for an electrolyte drink for workout days (or when I'm dehydrated) but didn't want one with a crazy amount of sodium. This one is perfect and it tastes great too. The little packets travel well and the powder dissolves quickly in water. I hope to try other flavors in the future.
