Yet again another amazing Vivosun product, the camera is super easy to setup and works perfectly. It covers my entire 5 x 5 tent and I look forward to getting another for my 3 x 3. The camera quality is great throughout the day and even at night. I am really look forward to using the Timelapse feature as well the camera doesn’t require a Sd card unless you are looking to use the time lapse feature. I have taken videos and clips where I can even use my microphone with such ease. I look forward to using this in both of my tents and thinking about getting a grow box and doing an entire time lapse video through out the whole grow.The only issue I ran into was I kept accidentally trying to setup to my 5GHz WiFi, make sure it is a 2.5 GHz (it says it on the app as well)

This was easy to setup and allows viewing for long lengths of time. If you get a micro SD you can record time lapse clips for whatever settings you make on intervals and duration. The time lapse loops over and you can remove/save the video on the SD. I especially liked the colors the camera shows as the green colors look much richer and greener than camera snapshots from my galaxy tablet. I was impressed on the length of uninterrupted viewing although I found that setting shorter intervals less than an hour in the time lapse recording might cause a second or two hiccup in viewing. There were a couple of times that I unplugged the usb type c cable to reset the live feed to my tablet. If I were to compare this camera to a blink camera, the blink has detection but you can only view it 5 or so seconds at a time and you have to continuously click to view another 5 second clip. With this camera, i can view it on my tablet all day long so I simply set my tablet on my desk to occasionally view my little ones while I work. This was a good buy and I ordered a 2nd one.

Magnetic strip glue did not hold right out of the box, resolution when zoomed out is great, zoomed in looks too blurry, I really only have one option to mount which is the magnetic plastic pole mount, the sticker won’t allow me to move it, the screws are not viable for an indoor tent. I really don’t see how the time lapse will work if it is blurry, the more magnified it is. Also 2k is meh when they have a camera that magnifies up to 2.0x and is in 4K called 4kUHD, it’s problems though include, the mount is no good, does not take time lapses and cannot be controlled to magnify or fix resolution except only through device.

It has a watermark in the corner of the video although you can remove it, THAT IS RIDICULOUS! It is also just a re-branded WYZE cam that costs more. And to top it off you have to use a SD card for Timelapse mode. They want their logo in your video so they can get free recognition and promotion instead of making quality products and letting the quality do the talking

This product functions well, especially being on the middle to low end scale of how pricy these cameras can be!I am using it to monitor my plants and will eventually be making a time lapse booth with this camera as the most important feature.My dogs wiped out my instruction manual (I know, cliche). Even with that happening, the camera was very prompt in making itself known on the VIVOSUN app, and connecting quickly.I have not used nor tried to use the camera for audio, therefore will not speak on behalf of the sound quality not talk ability, may update as growing progresses.The picture quality is very present with this camera, while it’s no doubt lower than some, it is much higher than many models on the market.Many features including automatic night vision, time lapse, and audio are available, if you own other products from VIVOSUN this camera pairs well with anything else on their exciting store!

WiFi connects only 60% of the time.

Great quality, at first it did not wanna connect called customer support to VIVOSUN and they jumped right on the case, was told if it didn’t connect they would send me out a new one asap

These are the best that I’ve tried so far in terms of small network cameras. Better features (like Timelapse) and just as simple as using the Amazon cameras. A million times better than the useless and defective Foscam C5M, which costs more.
