I am so glad i bought these shoes. I am elderly and have osteoporosis plus a knee problem. I have been looking for shoes to wear around the house and was having a problem. The shoes I bought were not comfortable enough. I was wondering if I was ever going to buy a comfortable pair of shoes. Then I had a light bulb moment, why not buy shoes that were the same brand as the ones I had on my feet. I had no problem with them they were just getting old and worn out.When the shoes arrived I put them on and I felt like I was standing on a cloud. They were a tiny bit loose but I did not mind as my feet swell at the end of the day. I felt like I was in heaven, thanks Sketchers. Oh by the way! these shoes are for walking outdoors as well as inside.

I have worn this style Skechers for several years. The sole both inside and out is the best. My heels which have been uncomfortable in some shoes are now comfortable every day! A quick trip through the washing machine keeps them clean as new!

Just wow! They feel just like the sneakers but have a more elevated style than a pair of sneakers. They are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend for an everyday shoe that can be dressed up or down.

I purchased these shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe, hoping they will be comfortable to wear while walking on cobblestones, etc. as I visit historical sites. I read reviews on several lightweight shoes for travel/walking and decided to try these. They are light, seem like they will be easy to pack without taking up too much space, and they are washable.I have worn these exactly two times since purchasing. I receive compliments on them; they are comfortable for short periods of time on my feet. Cushiony for those short times. I walked in them for an hour at the community track. I carried athletic insoles with me and tried several configurations in these shoes: original insoles, athletic insoles, both together. I ended up wearing both sets of insoles to get the most comfort for my arches and toes. Even with both sets the shoes did not feel too tight, but I can confidently say I will not be able to wear these shoes with just the original insoles while walking for hours over uneven ground. The other issue I had with these shoes is that they squeaked terribly the first time I wore them! A friend suggested I rough up the bottoms on asphalt. That did the trick to quiet them.I have just purchased two other sets of insoles and when they arrive I will try each in these shoes because I really want to be able to pack these in my suitcase.

I think the fit size chart is accurate. I needed a size 8 with a wide enough toe box and comfort for my high instep/high arch. These deliver. I easily got my swollen fit into the shoes and they are very comfortable. The toe box is wide enough without ordering Extra Wide shoes. The size 8-8.5 fit well with just enough tightness around the heel of my foot, yet enough loseness that the shoes aren't binding my feet. The back rides up and down a bit on my right foot, so I put large bandaids on until the shoe wears in a bit. You can also use bandage tape around your heel or kinesio tape if you have that around instead of a bandaid. I'm happy to have a good walking shoe that didn't break the bank. I have problem feet with a bunion and hammer toe on each foot due to injuries from long ago. It's difficult finding shoes with good fit and comfort. These shoes fill the bill. I had a pair in black that I wore all winter long and it was time to replace my old white shoes for the summer. I was hoping I could find this model in white. BINGO!They have a fabric upper which breathes beautifully whether it's cold or hot. You don't even know you have them on.

I bought a pair of these to wear in the house because of my plantar fasciitis. They are extremely comfortable but do run a bit wide. I’m going to buy another pair to wear out in the real world, but I’ll get the narrow size this time. being able to wash them as a bonus.

Sizing issues. Yes they run large at 9. But not at 8.5! There is a big difference. I went down on my usual sizes (9-9.5) and ordered a 9. Way too big to use and was swimming in it especially on my smaller foot. But - That shoe measured larger so I was not just me.I returned it. After some thought, I decided to reorder in the 8.5 thinking surely it would fit based on the usual standard 1/4 inch difference in sizing and ordered the 8.5. I think these are too small now.Just be aware you might run into sizing problems.I think the 8.5 felt like an 8.5 but the 9 felt like a 10.I guess I will just sell them because I do not want to do another return.Other than that, if I sum up my experience with these shoes, because the feel was different between the two notwithstanding the sizing issues, they are somewhat bouncy, and have decent shock control. I love the insoles. They are airy and surely would be the go to pick for slip on fans during the summer or around the house.My feet are on the wider size of normal if that helps. Your experience may be different for many reasons. Just wished Skechers would do a more standardized sizing among all its shoes. I know they have different fits and I always try to take this into consideration. I do not think that is the problem.For example, one has a 9 shoe. They have sport, classic and relaxed fit. But there are different models in each of these categories. My problem is - (ie, hypothetical) two models in the “relaxed” category are sized different.
