Love the shampoo, but one of the bottles was open and some of the conditioner was all over the bottles. Thankfully they were sealed in a plastic bag.

A good product at a reasonable price for those of us in the middle income bracket who want a nice hair product that doesn't exceed the national debt.

I love this product my hair never looked this shinny except when I colored it which I can’t do anymore. The hair is shiny and brings out the gray brightness’s. I use it everyday I have heard you can’t do that with purple shampoo but I have never had a problem. The scent is wonderful I can smell my hair all day and I love it. The only thing I hate is the bottle can’t you put a pump on it. The cap clogs all the time.

I have used Jhirmack Silver brightening for yeras with short hair. I changed hair styles about a year ago and the shampoo no longer worked. My hair seemed frizzy and wild all the time. When I saw this conditioner, I thought it would be "the answer". WRONG! My hair was terrible. Very dry and totally unmanageable. I've returned to my shampoo and conditioner with coconut oil but it isn't purple but I've never noticed my white hair to be brassy anyway.

I use the shampoo as well as the conditioner as I have longer white hair and this keeps it white and doesn't yellow

I have super thick, coarse, long bleached hair. This makes it soft and combable. Doesn’t stain the shower or towels. It’s dark and creamy. I just wish it helped with my red tone more. I will use each time.

The conditioner works great.

I like that the product accents the natural silver and eliminates the dull yellowing aspect of aging hair.
