Great Khorasan flour! Makes a wonderful sourdough bread and the flour has an amazing nutty, almost buttery flavor.

I never got a chance to sample how well I liked this product since it arrived totally spilled out inside the envelope. The bag inside was torn, entirely opening up the flour and spilling it out inside the envelope. This was too expensive to consider another try at purchasing it. I only gave it a one star since there was no way of submitting this without a rating; but, the one star was one star too many.

Seriously Amazon? You are really going down hill fast. An expired product, packaged as electronics, left in the hot sun of my driveway no less? REALLY???

Produces a completely unique loaf of bread. Despite being 100% wholemeal, the flavour is smooth and nutty and the colour is golden rather than brown.

Great flower even if expensive

In my breadmaker my first loaf came out a bit dense but I expect this to improve with practice. Whatever, the taste is delicious, nutty and slightly sweet and best of all, unlike most grains, it doesn't give me indigestion. Worth it for that alone. A great find!

Arrived with ripped bag and a month out of date. Will find a different source in future.

I use the product to male bread in my bread machine. Excellent results.
