As my heading states it is the utilization of the CoQ10 that is everything. If you cannot digest it and metabolize it, it is a waste. Yeah, they are slightly large but the outer aspect is smooth. I have no trouble swallowing them. My doctor recommended these as I am on a statin medication. I do not have any side effects from my statin. I believe it is because I take CoQ10 100mg Hydrosoluble (as Q-Gel Mega) 300% greater absorption. Came quickly and at a fair price equates to a good merchant.

The pill is quite large to me but it is coated so not too hard to swallow. Price is quite fair though.

Because I take a high blood pressure pill I use CoQ10 100 mg in the morning and at night to prevent getting leg cramps. Before taking CoQ10 I used to get the worst most debilitating leg cramps they would wake me up at night or hit me anytime during the day and they were excruciating. One time I was driving late at night and I got a cramp on my right leg from my toes to my hip, I had to pull over and call an ambulance for myself as I couldn’t get out of the car and I couldn’t drive. I felt so stupid! When they arrived they helped me out of the car and checked my stats and BP was sky high due to the pain. Once they gave me some ice packs and helped me walk I was better and my BP came back down. Never again will I go without taking CoQ10 as I had missed taking my dose that night and two other times I didn’t take my dose in the evening, I also got bad leg cramps, it started on one side and moved to the other side both times. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I use this product because I take a statin, which depletes CoQ10 in the body. Also, it can be absorbed better in this hydrosoluble form, for those with absorption problems.
