The media could not be loaded. Be sensible with what LED equipment you drive with this. I would recommend running additional power feeds if running more than 3 metres. I've had great results with WS2812 LED festoon at over 8 metres with power fed from both ends. BTF Lighting have very good customer service and will answer queries promptly.

This is a great little light controller. Vsry easy to setup and use. Has a goid selection of in built light patterns too. Have bought another!

Same issue as other customers - lights on rainbow but that’s it - controller does nothingWill be sending back - UPDATE - moved to 3 Stars because of contact by seller and willingness to replace without fuss - will update again when replacement is received and tested

Lights turn on in rainbow formation and the remote control does nothing to them. There is an led at the top of the remote which illuminates, so I know the battery is working. Also, the chinese to english translation on the instruction leaflet is appalling and incomprehensible. I would not buy this again as it does not work

LED2013-X controller and 14-button RF remote is really only suitable for LED strip testing. The short 1 foot range was not improved by using a fresh remote battery. The remote uses a CR2025 battery (20 mm dia. x 2.5 mm thick) which are not as common as CR2032 or CR2016. The remote buttons have a significant amount of contact bounce, so holding a button pressed works better than a single-press. The controller defaults to power-on and the last mode selected after a power cycle or power failure. Pairing instructions are lacking: remove power from the controller, press and hold the 'G' button on the remote while applying power to the controller, then wait for the LED strip to flash green 3 times (or red or blue if the colour order hasn't been configured properly yet). The 358 mode count is misleading, as almost half are movement in the opposite direction, and the rest are colour variations on a few basic patterns. LED brightness is NOT adjustable in any animated mode, only in static modes: R, G, B, RG = yellow, RB = pink, BG = aqua, RBG = white. There is no security ... but that isn't an issue with 1 foot range.

This remote works great. Very responsive, distance up to 20 feet with no issue. Good features allow access to the full function of my LED strips.
