VANGUARDVEO 2 Aluminum Monopod with Tri-Stand, Gray (VEO 2 AM-264TR)

I used this monopod for outdoor photography. Very easy to store in a backpack, very light weight, and the handle/ strap makes it easy to hold. I used a medium format film and digital camera with the monopod without having to use any adapter. Very easy to adjust height. I highly recommend this monopod for anyone who does outdoor photography.

Lightweight and easy to use

Photos are misleading. While I really like this monopod. The only complaint I have is that the photos in the listing clearly show the monopod without the feet leading you to believe they are removable, but they are not. One of the reasons that I picked this one is for the option to remove the feet, so that is disappointing.Under the questions section, someone did ask about it and the response was that they were not removable. However, I did not think to ask or review the questions when the photos so clearly show it without the feet.

I like Vanquard and will continue to purchase, however, I found that with all 4 sections extended, it was a little unsteady. The joint between the 3rd and 4th legs would "buckle". Used on one trip and set aside and bought a 3 leg extension model (much more sturdy). My camera / lens is 11 pounds, so that might have been a contributing factor.

I bought this monopod to use primarily to shoot moving objects with a big lens. This holds its own and is a great product for the price.

Well-built tripod. Sturdy and secure. I feel confident mounting it to my Nikon Z6.

Holds my phone very well

the monopod itself looks great and feels great but the bottom piece feels wobbly and when fully extended does not feel solid .. this is my first monopod i can't say how it is verse another brand.. i love it just wished it was a little more solid.

Needed a new monopod mynold old was very stiff and the pins had become rusty and hard to open.Chose this one as I have some othwr vanguard item and work well. The monopod is built well and sturdy the takes a EF 300 2.8 f2.8 mk3 with x2 extender with 7d mk2 and it holds up well eSy to hold but I would have preferred a bigger hand hold at the top but have got use to it now. It is 9cm smaller than my old on and opens to the right height for me and I'm 5"10 so if your taller than that you'll need to find another one or you will be bending at an awkward angle.Easy to open and close with the twist locks and its light did look at there carbon fibre ones to But the prices are to much just to hold a camera I find that a bit of a gimmick.So ovwr all very happy with this monopod.
