This comforter is a total game changer! Beautifully made and reasonably priced. It is exactly what it is described to be, a wool filled duvet. While researching how to improve my sleep which has stunk for many years now, to the point I can hardly fight falling asleep at the wheel (I know, right??) I made multiple adjustments: untreated cotton sheets, better pillows, melatonin, half caff coffee and tea, etc etc. Sleep got better but I kept waking up about 3 am overheating. Not night sweats, just hot like take a layer off the bed. I was using a polyester filled comforter, and read something about “hot sleepers”. Omg I realized that’s me. So the remedy is to toss the polyester filled comforter and mattress pad (I didn’t even have one on my memory foam mattress, duh) and use a lightweight wool filled comforter and mattress pad. and use a natural fiber duvet cover. So I bought this comforter and a nice linen/cotton cover, very trendy looking, and literally from the FIRST NIGHT I’m sleeping through the night. I don’t wake up at 3 am overheating! As a matter of fact I used to tease my kids who talked about loving sleeping (I called it lazy) and now I too look forward to bedtime! Never happened before. I love this comforter.

The duvet arrived like this, I believe we got a used one. I can tell tho, that it’s going to be great, the weight and feel of the cotton cover is nice. There is no smell. I am returning for a new one. Will update this review once I receive the new one.

The search to find this comforter was long and hard, after the dry cleaner ruined my other summer weight bed covering. I bought and returned five other lightweight comforters. Most of them claimed to keep you cool, and didn’t, or we’re just too bulky for hot summer nights. This comforter is perfect. It is lightweight and warm at the same time, but not so warm that I find myself waking up in the middle of the night to kick it off. I am a happy sleeper once again!

I was suspicious this blanket could moderate body temp while sleeping, but it does a fantastic job. I've been able to turn down my air conditioner temperature and sleep more comfortably. Not too hot or too cold. It's lightweight, so I do miss the weight of heavier blankets, but it does what it says it will. I plan to buy another one to double up for winter. I use a duvet with ties in the corners and the blanket stays put with the corners tied into the duvet ties.

I have the normal Sleep & Beyond comforter, awesome, but too warm for 50s-60s night temperatures. This blanket is perfect for the in between weather. It achieves a perfect weight feel for spring, and I would imagine autumn, evenings. It feels substantial yet not too heavy. A+ product.

I had heard about wool bedding and heard it is more breathable and moisture wicking and better for year round sleep. I have had down and synthetic duvets in the past and I gotta say I love this wool duvet! I seem to be just the right temperature all night. Lovely.MAJOR CONS: no corner ties for the duvet cover? HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DUVET WITHOUT DUVET TIES!!!???!!! The only reason I ordered this duvet over other was because it was wool. I do not like that it has no corner ties. One star removed for this.MINOR CON: Its about a medium weight duvet. I would love an option with a lighter weight and corner ties...

Perfect for variable Seattle weather. This is my first wool duvet, and out of the package I was worried that it seemed too thin, but it's actually perfect. Where my old polyester-fill duvet would be too hot on warm nights, or too cold on cool nights, this one is perfect every night. Come winter I expect I'll supplement with a quilt, but through spring and summer I've been using it on its own.

Searched high and low for a comforter that did not have polyester or down!!Love the light weight of this comforter and love that it will - breathes beautifully.I washed and machine dried (delicate) and it came out fine.
