No they’re not sticky they’re smooth to the touch. The only way they become sticky is if you leave them outside in your car and it gets too hot. Otherwise no it’s not sticky in the slightest

Q: Is there a way to repair a small (pin size) hole?

I was not able to repair the hole in ours. Unfortunately the material was too thin. If it’s small enough, maybe super glue or a hot glue drop would work. May be worth a try.
