I purchased two of these for my granddaughters because they broke their other tables (different brand). When my daughter received them, they were packaged well, and shipped quickly. Upon loading them and getting them ready for the girls to use, it was discovered that the most used applications like ABC Mouse, YouTube Kids, and other online programs would not run/work. The tablets are rendered useless in my case and am disappointed in the product.

Love it for our grandson! I ordered blue but received black but it wasn't a big deal.

Just received two of these today for my kids b/c we have a road trip coming up next week for their birthday. Well they are freezing up, screen goes black on one, apps like kids youtube does not work good. I called to return but since we wrote their names on the original box that it came in, we would have to pay a restocking fee. So instead I am getting them both replaced. HOPEFULLY, these two I do receive will work better!!

I bought this for my son, and would recommend it to others. He loves it, there is game on it already. And the case makes it safe for kids if they drop it.
