Disliked , had a foul taste

I take this for cramping in my gluteus and General muscle relaxation but it doesn’t interfere w strength. Many of us have a deficiency in magnesiumCautionary- start slow bc too much gives you the runs.

I can't take too many gel caps or fillers in pills, so this has made my life so much easier. The taste is a bit salty, but not bad. The best thing is my body seems to really be able to use this form of magnesium. It's a win-win!

The sole ingredient is "inland sea concentrate" which is sea salt. And, it is a VERY high dose. You will be injesting massive ammonts of sodium and other minerals that will not only make you feel awfull, but will be actally preventing the absorption of magnesium.

Love this! My favorite magnesium supplement out of several that I have tried so far. Very concentrated stuff. More palatable than magnesium chloride
