They’re 232’s. They work well and are easy to use.

Be careful not to take it apart too far
These work fine and matched the description (3 each F-F and M-M).There are nuts on both sides of the F-F connectors, which may prevent insertion into a M connector with female threads, such as a 34401 multimeter. Removing the nuts from the adapter allows it to work with the bolts it comes with, but they hold it together and it's fiddly to re-assemble if it is pulled apart. Having it apart it was clear that all the pins are wired straight through. Removing the nuts will also remove the shield to shield ground connection. A few dabs of epoxy is recommended to hold it together if you need to remove these nuts.
