Sony Dualshock 3 Wireless Controller (ps3)

Don’t buy from this guy. He sells junk. This controller doesn’t always work. Sometimes I have to hit a button twice. Sometimes when I unplug it from the charger all the lights on it just blink and I can’t do anything, I have to turn off the PlayStation just to get it to stop blinking. Sometimes the controllers loses connection with the PlayStation and a lot of times it freezes and I can no longer control the character on my game.

Of course PS3 is the way to go, these controllers just make it all the better. The long cord was excellent because I can plug it in and keep playing w/o having to sit 2 inches from the tv screen. No wear on the joysticks.

Just your standard run-of-the-mill PS3 controller. Does everything it's supposed to do. What else would you expect? Turning into a unicorn and farting pixie dust?

I know this is a personal preference but I specifically picked this one because I saw the photo of it still in the package which would suggest that it was potentially brand new as opposed to the only other ones I could find which were used, with stick drift, and button input issues (not that this one has any of those issues so far, I appreciate the condition of that aspect). However, there is a problem with the controller. It turns on, all of the buttons work correctly and fluently. But when I plug in a charger cord, it just cuts off and none of the buttons work whatsoever. I've tried multiple different cables, I even have 2 different models of the PS3 (the original 80Gb and the 120Gb Slim). One thing I noticed is that, strangely, if I hold the PS button to bring up the 'quick system menu' before I plug in the charger cord, it registers it as 'charging'. However, after several hours of waiting it did not charge at all. So I have a controller I can't charge. I mean it's 40 bucks for an outdated controller so I know my expectations are a little anal but I mean c'mon, this is basically a Happy Meal toy. Remember those little Tamagotchi things that were fun for like an hour before they hit the can? Yeah. I did get to play LBP for about an hour so, either way, thanks for the nostalgic poot. Good luck with your other products, no hard feelings. For all I know it was Amazon's handling.

got the controller it came with a sticky X button cleaning it a bit fixed that it has a rough analog stick its had times where it does whatever it wants
