Great fun.
A 5 y/o and 10 y/o enjoy this. It is made well enough to last through several play times and this grandma enjoys playing with the 5 y/o also. Before we were using kinnex to make our “swords” and they kept falling apart. Have fun! If you hit skin and not the sword or shield it is felt but there are no sharp edges.

A great gift
I purchased this for my 4 year old grandson, who was using an old pot lid and garden stake for his sword and shield. He was so delighted with his "real" sword and shield. It was an instant hit; such a hit that my six year old granddaughter requested one in pink! It's sturdy enough to withstand fierce "battle" conditions but safe and comfortable for little soldiers to use.

Missing gem on the sword
We love Liontouch and have other beautiful swords and sheilds from them. However, this one came and is missing the gem. It’s for a nephew’s birthday this week. A bit disappointed. The shield and sword are quality pieces though. I’m sure this is just a fluke.
