Didnât come melted like others mentioned. You may burp it but I realize that once taken with food then I donât really have that issue. Ensure to drink a lot of water when taking any supplements.I have been using alongside other supplements but I do feel a difference in the pain and energy levels

Yes, Iâve been wanting to take an omega-3 product. So I found these the price was right. I donât get that fishy burping after taking them. I feel great no stomach upset. My only issue is they are so big, but then most fish oil capsules are.
