Better than I expected in all ways: Sturdier, more comfy, good heft, crisp solid 'proper' tread pattern, fits like a glove and looks great. Matt Black. The insole is heavy duty, single piece, firmly stuck on, well padded, memory foam, not thin or fragile laminate as all others at this price range. Now I want another in brown/ tan too.GREAT value: STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

These shoes are comfortable and well made. There is no leather used so should be suitable for a vegan. They were tight to get on at first but have eased a bit with wear. I don't think I could fit in an insole. I'd buy this brand again.

Contrary to some other reviews I found my size 9's to be slightly loose rather than tight fitting but I would rather this way round as this can be remedied via larger socks. They are lightweight but robust enough for daily use. I especially liked the softer materials as they can be worn immediately without fear of rubbing. Time will tell whether the trade off will be in longevity but, even if this is the case, for the price you are essentially getting two for one compared with traditional leather shoes.

Basic smart shoe ideal for a new job if you're on a budget, comfortable and looks the part. Would buy again and would recommend. No nonsense simple item for work.

Bought these for occasional casual wear and I'm actually very impressed with them. I was attracted by the low price. I bought my normal size 9 and they fit perfectly. They are not small despite some reviews. Time will tell how long they last but I have worn them every day for over a week and so far so good.

I bought these for my father in-law who has problems putting on shoes. He said they are a little tight but once broke in will be fine. They are easy to put on an they look good.
