These pills work for me , I sleep better , don't wake up as much. dose t take long for me to get groggy. I do feel a little dull when I wake up fo a few hours but it could be that i am not sleeping enough .

Sleep3 is a great combination of botanicals and sleep hormones. I have suffered from insomnia for most of my life and always have to take something to sleep. They really work. They're kind of large but very good.

I wake every hour or so and have trouble getting back to sleep after 2am. This product seems to lessen the times I wake and pushes out the 2am issue to 4am. I'll take it....Half a tablet seems to work well. Full tablet leaves me very groggy the next day.

Absolutely love this product.. the 3 layers and time release of melatonin helps me fall relax, fall asleep and stay asleep!! I don’t use anything else at night!! Definitely worth buying if you have trouble sleeping!!
