Wonderful Customer Service!
When our original order arrived the book cover was torn off and the spiral binding was bent out of shape (probably from the shipping itself). We contacted the company and explained the situation. They immediately sent us a replacement book (packaged in a box instead of a mailer) and it arrived in perfect condition. They didn't charge for the new book, and told us we could keep the damaged book. And all of this was at no cost to us. This kind of customer service & care seems is wonderfully refreshing! And the new book is already being used in our home. The book has full explanations, diagrams & pictures, so that we can easily practice the acupressure points, helping us to find relief for stress and pain. We would order from this company again without doubt. And we thank them so very much for taking such good care of our order!

Abundance
The book was received in fine condition with no writings at all on the cover, pages or spine. The pages do NOT have dog ears and are still in a very well condition.

Very interesting but not enough
I like very much the book but is really very basic for me i am going to keep but I looking for one who has more symptoms to treat most of my health problems are not even there I need something more advanced. My journey with acupuncture is very long not so much acupressure but they have the same principles. Sometimes I found a different or more acupressure points in videos posted. So I usedboth if I find what symptoms was affecting me at that moment

One of the greatest self-help books I've ever read
I have owned this book for years, and many of the chapters have helped tremendously with whatever I was facing at the time. After being sick and almost unable to get out of bed for the last few days, I remembered this book and how I was immediately able to relieve nausea one time. I crawled around in my closet, found this book, and spent about 30 minutes working the points in the Colds and Flu chapter and the Immune System Boosting chapter. After, I was able to get up and move around the rest of the evening without getting dizzy and having to lie down. My aches were also greatly reduced. I felt even better today. I was able to run some errands and have some real food. These points work, and they can work really fast. I will keep massaging and holding the points a few times each day until I am back to 100% which shouldn't be long based on recent changes. I wish I would have started it as soon as I began to feel achy. Even better, I will massage these points during cold season before I even begin to feel any symptoms. Lesson learned. May God bless Michael Reed Gach for devoting his life to this subject and for sharing his wisdom in Potent Points.

Lots of detail
This book is arranged by problems and list the acupressure points that could help solve the problem, and detailed instructions on how to apply pressure to the points.I believe that this is a valid approach. An other way would be to list the acupressure points and all the things each effects, but it would be somewhat difficult to find all the relevant points and note them in a list. This book does that for you. Some of the same points show up very often. I have been using the "5 Minute Chi Boost" by Lee and have found apply pressure to these points to be useful. The ones that showed up in this book and those already on my list were most interesting to me.I found some effective pressure points in this book and added them to my daily Chi Boost routine. I found the discussions of these points from another perspective to be very helpful.I have this book close by and within reach so if a problem comes up, I have a book to refer to.Highly recommended, especially for seniors. It is important to keep your energy flowing and not let first one area bog down and stagnate, and then another. Youthfulness is characterized by free flowing energy, suppleness, flexibility, and by what one might call "juiciness". This is in contrast to what many of evolve into: stagnant energy, stiffness, rigidity, and being "dried up". These physical traits have emotional and mental characteristics, especially stiffness and rigidity.
