Solid basic construction, these wires should not fall off or separate. Strain relief boots on the jack end are helpful. These cables should be useful for a long time.

They are a bit flimsy but good for their low price. I am using them without issue.

I bought these to use as lab bench power supply leads and they work rather well.The quality of the rubber is better than I expected and they seem rugged enough for the job.

Other reviewers also reported poor quality control. All 5 test leads had poor or cold soldering on the alligator clips. Even basic knowledge of soldering was not utilized. Hope the male end was done correctly?

The red and black leads appear to be plasticized pvc. The insulation breakdown resistance difference may be a concern for some, not a show stopper for me working at line voltage, but a definite deviation from the description. At normal room temperature the stiffness difference is negligible, out in the cold the difference is pronounced. They are test leads, I use them without issue, I would buy them again for two bucks apiece if I had to.
