Good heavy stuff
Does the job in a loaf and the bread maker likes it too. Delicious and I’m sure more nutritious than the shop bought processed breads I used to buy . Even the kids will eat it toasted with butter and marmite without a roll of the eyes.. well almost!

Delicious
I bought this to try out with baking, great quality and delicious. I found it is best mixed with Doves' white flower as a sough dough for extra tasty and healthy bread.

It is good staff, healthy flour but not alway available in shops.

Excellent flavour and crmb
I value this flour for the high quality of bread it produces. I mix it with good white breadflour (about one third rye) and use black treacle. Result: loaves that are moist, tasty and easy to slice. They also make superb toast. I use a Kenwood mixer - can't speak for bread machines, but they make pretty mediocre bread anyway.
